Hi, I’m Sneha 👋 A passionate Product Manager and developer with a strong foundation in product, software development, knowledge management, and business analysis. With experience across corporate and academic settings, I specialize in driving the product vision to build intuitive, data-driven, and user-centric solutions. As a recent Master’s graduate in Software Engineering from Carleton University, I bring a holistic approach to technology-driven problem-solving, ensuring that the products I help build not only meet complex technical requirements but truly elevate the user experience!

Work experience.
Product management/Business Analysis
I work at the intersection of data and decision-making, translating numbers into insights that help teams build better products, improve processes, and retain customers.
As a business analyst, I focus on understanding user behavior, spotting inefficiencies, and turning raw data into clear, actionable recommendations. My approach blends statistical analysis with close collaboration across teams whether that’s product, operations, or marketing to ensure insights are aligned with real business goals.
It’s not just about reporting what’s happening, but figuring out why—and what to do next.
UI Development
I design and build user interfaces that not only look good but work well across devices, screen sizes, and user needs.
It starts with wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma to map out flow and structure. From there, I move into front-end development, writing clean, modular code and using Git for version control. I use scalable CSS practices to keep styling consistent and easy to maintain.
Accessibility isn’t an afterthought; I use semantic HTML, ARIA attributes, and follow WCAG guidelines to make sure every interface is inclusive from the ground up. I also run checks for performance, usability, and browser compatibility to ensure that the final product aligns with user needs and technical requirements
Research work
I approach research as a structured problem-solving process, starting with the right questions, followed by methodical investigation, and ending with clear, evidence-based insights.
My research skills include defining objectives, conducting literature reviews, selecting the right methodologies (quantitative, qualitative, or mixed), and analyzing data using tools like Excel, R, or Python and maintained logbooks and notes to support version control and content traceability. I work with both primary and secondary data sources, with a focus on delivering accurate, relevant, and clearly presented findings.
I communicate results through well-organized reports, presentations, and visualizations tailored to support product teams, academic reviewers, and decision-makers—ensuring insights are actionable and grounded in context
Technical Writing
I focus on making complex ideas easy to understand—whether I’m writing for developers, stakeholders, or end users.
My approach combines structure with clarity. I start with an Audience Needs Analysis (ANA) to understand what different readers need from the content, followed by Detailed Document Structuring (DDS) to organize information in a way that’s easy to follow. From there, I iterate through drafts to refine tone, accuracy, and flow.
I’ve used tools like LaTeX for professional formatting, BibTeX and Zotero for managing citations. The final outputs range from rough drafts to polished documents—tailored to support communication across both technical and non-technical teams.
